When Energy Is Not Flowing Freely In Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra, Some Of The Following Physical Symptoms Arise:

Balanced Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra Chakra

Person with a balanced Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra have the ability to allow pleasure into their lives; they are usually very creative and expressive. A balanced Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra is often found in people who have a high level of integrity, are very ethical and honour relationships; they also are very much attuned to their own feelings and have a trusting nature.

Overactive Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra Chakra:

Overactivity in the Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra can lead to becoming emotionally imbalanced with the tendency to fantasize. There will be many issues around channelizing money and opportunities that give more money, sexual issues, even issues related to power and control such as manipulative behaviour.

Underactive Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra:

A blocked or under active Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra will lead to emotional instability but this is mainly focusing on the over-sensitive, insecure type of emotions. The person with a blocked Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra is usually very hard on themselves, with feelings of guilt and blame for no reason, which can also lead to feelings of isolation and withdrawing from life.

Illnesses associated with the Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra:

Most diseases around the reproductive organs are associated with malfunctioning of the Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra. Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra malfunction is also connected with other sexual issues such as impotence, frigidity and infertility. There is also a connection between the Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra and urinary problems, chronic lower back pain, sciatica as well as addictions and specific fears. When blocked it could lead to low back pain, sciatica, female problems, pelvic pain, urinary problems, emotional problem (blaming others), lack of extra money, sexual problems, kidney weakness, constipation, muscle cramps, lack of energy, repression and inhibition, loss of weight, imbalances in the endocrine system, muscle tension, poor vitamin C absorption, nervous depression. The person with a blocked Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra is usually very hard on themselves, with feelings of guilt and blame for no reason, which can also lead to feelings of isolation and withdrawing from life.

The Orange Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra:

The old adage 'treat yourself as you wish to be treated' is an important understanding to be formed to work on this Chakra. The way we treat ourselves, and talk to ourselves, or the way we treat or talk to our buddies is the best behavior of a balanced Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra person.

Denying your needs and repressing your true feelings, often numbing ourselves with debilitating addictions and habits causes harm to the Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra.

The Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra is the energy centre located just below your navel. In its healthy form this part of you is playful and pleasure-oriented. It loves to feel bliss, joy and receive all the wonderful things that life has to offer. In its most natural state its primary goal is to make you feel good. You know your Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra is working to its optimum when your self-talk is positive, inspiring and always encouraging. You treat yourself as you would treat your most loved friends, brothers, sisters. You know your worth and value, and have a healthy expectation that any partner, employer or business associate will treat you in accordance with your worth and value - otherwise you are willing to get up and leave. You must nurture and nourish yourself in lots of good ways. When something has happened in your life, usually in childhood, to make us feel like we are not special, not worth it and of little or no value, our Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra becomes unbalanced. We become very harsh and critical in the way we speak to ourselves, and perpetuate the lie that we are not good enough. Depression is a common manifestation of an unbalanced Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra, occurring when we repress emotions we feel we can't, or couldn't, deal with. When we can't bear the feelings of sadness, loneliness and long-held anger at some past experience, we eat, exercise or work either too much or too little. We avoid having to face our feelings, preferring to numb and distract ourselves with our pattern of choice. When we don't feel good about ourselves, if we received negative messages about being self, or experienced something that did not make us appreciated for our uniqueness, this bitterness of experience often shows up in the physical areas governed by our Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra Our reproductive organs, ovaries, womb and genitals, as well as our kidneys, bladder, and circulatory system are affected. One may experience sexual impotency, pregnancy and child birth issues, or difficulties - menstrual difficulties, uterine, kidney, and spleen or bladder problems.

Meditation, Mudras, Mantras, Yoga Asanas, Sound Vibrations, Color Therapy, Aromatherapy, Chakra Affirmations, Crystals and stones are some of the ways in which one may balance or unblock the Chakras. Of all the methods to balance the Chakras, usage of appropriate combination of Rudraksha beads and Gemstones is the most efficient and potent. Rudraksha Ratna Science Therapy (RRST) is an alternative healing therapy which balances the 7 Chakras by not only using a unique combination of Rudraksha and Gemstones and a specific methodology of wearing them as bracelets and pendants as per chakra science. Meditation Technique By Neeta Singhal

Neeta Singhal has developed a unique meditation technique which is called "Release meditation" based on Neti Neti Yog by Jagatguru Shri Adi Shankaracharya. In this technique, the fears are brought to surface and are then released completely from all aspects of life into a rotating vortex which is a black hole that destroys everything. "Facing a fear is bringing it into light and that enables us to release the fear", she says. This meditation style also involves playing the Gayatri mantra or resonance music in the background.
